Overview

Account termination is a feature in our app that allows users to permanently delete their accounts if they no longer wish to use our services. This process is irreversible, and it involves the complete erasure of all data associated with the user from our servers.

What Happens During the Account Termination Process

Data Deletion

When a user initiates account termination, all data collected from and provided by the user will be erased from our servers. This includes any personal information, credentials, training logs, and any additional information the user provided during their time using our app.

It is essential to understand that account termination is a permanent action. Once initiated, it cannot be undone. Therefore, it is crucial to be absolutely sure about this decision before proceeding.

How to Terminate Your Account

Access the App

To terminate your account, start by opening the app on your device.

Look for the gear icon located in the top bar of the app interface. This icon usually signifies app settings or preferences.

Select "Terminate Account"

In the settings menu, you will find an option labeled "Terminate Account." Tap on this option to proceed.

Confirmation

Before completing the process, the app will ask you to confirm your decision. This confirmation step is in place to ensure that you intentionally want to delete your account. You will not be able to recover the information and/or log in again.

Finalize

If you are absolutely certain about your decision to terminate your account, tap the confirmation button. At this point, the app will initiate the account termination process. You will be logged out of our systems.

Please be aware that after account termination, you will lose access to your account, and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
